Meetrail

Meetrail is a management app for fans participating in Hinatazaka46's Meet & Greet events.

It allows you to manage everything in one place: "Which date, which session, who you applied to, and how many tickets you applied for," and "Which sessions you won." From planning your next purchase for the next event to preparing what to say on the day and reflecting on your experience afterward, everything can be managed with this app.

◆ Do you have these concerns?
・Managing application numbers and results is difficult with spreadsheets.
・You struggle every time to decide which session to apply for and how many tickets to submit.
・You want to know which sessions tend to sell out quickly.
・You want to organize what you want to say on the day for each session.
・Entering serial numbers for special lottery applications is a hassle.

◆ Main Features
【Winning Table】Records applications and results for each event in a date x session matrix. You can also import application details from ticket sales sites via shared sheets.
【Purchase Plan】Plan "who, which session, and how many tickets" for the next event. It automatically checks the maximum number of slots according to the application rules and calculates estimated payment amounts. Unpaid winners will be notified on the homepage.

[Sold Out Table] Anonymously compiles user records to visualize sales and near-sold-out status for each time slot. Supports both regular and limited editions, and can be shared as an image.

[Daily Bookmark] Note down what you want to talk about and place it for each session. On the day, check off what you "talked" using the bookmark. Bookmarks can be shared as images.

[Words] Manage notes, reports, and letters all in one place. Reports allow you to record conversations in speech bubbles like a chat screen, and you can also attach photos and videos. Letters include a character counter for the official messaging app and can be used to draft real letters.

[Meet & Greet Record] Tallys the total time spent talking across singles. Can be rephrased in units such as "equivalent to X movies" and shared as an image.

[Notifications & Calendar] Receive notifications the day before and immediately before meet & greets, application acceptance, and payment deadlines. You can also display your winning dates in the calendar app.

[Serial Number Input Assistance] Reads serial numbers for special application lottery projects from photos. This app assists you with filling out the application page. It also records how many entries you've registered, and previously registered serial numbers will be automatically excluded next time. You confirm your application yourself.

◆ Safe and Secure Use
- No email address or registration required; start immediately (Google login supported)
- Your records are for your exclusive use. Only anonymous aggregated data is shared with other users.
- Photos and videos are stored only on your device and are not sent to the server.
- Accounts and data can be completely deleted from the app at any time.
