LEGISLATION AND PRIVACY

Fortime complies with the requirements of Ordinance 671/2021 of the Ministry of Labor for electronic timekeeping and the handling of working hours as stipulated in the CLT (Brazilian Labor Code). Records are traceable and auditable.

The data collected is used exclusively for recording and managing working hours, in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law).
