The management of rural properties in the country involves multiple bodies with different characteristics and needs, generating complications for both end users and the Federal Public Administration, which motivated the creation of the Meu Imóvel Rural (MIR) system – a unified platform that allows the owner of rural properties to exercise their rights, obligations and responsibilities with the lowest possible transaction cost, consolidating property data in a single channel to simplify environmental, land and tax formalization and regularization.
