The Moawen Platform is a fully integrated digital platform launched by the Ministry of Labour in the State of Qatar to regulate domestic worker recruitment and employment services through advanced technological solutions and a smart digital ecosystem that ensures transparency, ease of access to services, and the protection of the rights of employers, domestic workers, and recruitment offices. The platform supports the country’s digital transformation efforts and enhances labour market efficiency in line with the objectives of Qatar National Vision 2030.
The platform offers a secure and seamless digital experience based on trusted performance indicators and reliable ratings, enabling users to make informed decisions based on accurate and dependable information. This contributes to fostering a more organised and equitable working environment, while enhancing competitiveness among recruitment offices in delivering the highest standards of services and offers.
The platform electronically manages all stages of domestic worker recruitment and employment under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour — from submitting requests and reviewing and comparing offers from licensed recruitment offices, through to the domestic worker commencing employment — with real-time tracking of all procedures and application stages.

منصة "معاون" هي منصة رقمية متكاملة أطلقتها وزارة العمل في دولة قطر، لتنظيم خدمات استقدام وتوظيف العمالة المنزلية عبر حلول تقنية ومنظومة رقمية ذكية تضمن الشفافية وسهولة الوصول للخدمات، وحماية حقوق أصحاب العمل والعمال ومكاتب الاستقدام، بما يدعم جهود التحول الرقمي ويعزز كفاءة سوق العمل، تماشياً مع مستهدفات رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.
توفر المنصة تجربة رقمية آمنة وسلسة تعتمد على مؤشرات أداء وتقييمات موثوقة، تمكّن المستخدمين من اتخاذ قرارات مدروسة تستند إلى معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة، بما يرسّخ بيئة عمل أكثر عدالة وتنظيماً، ويعزز التنافسية بين مكاتب الاستقدام لتقديم أفضل الخدمات والعروض.
تُدير المنصة، جميع مراحل استقدام وتوظيف العمالة المنزلية إلكترونياً تحت إشراف وزارة العمل، بدءاً من تقديم الطلب واستعراض عروض مكاتب الاستقدام المعتمدة ومقارنتها، وصولاً إلى مباشرة العامل المنزلي للعمل، مع متابعة فورية لكافة مراحل الإجراءات.
