My Family Should Know (MFSK)

Get your life organised for your family — before it's left searching.

When something happens to us, our families are often left searching — for documents, account details, policy numbers, passwords, and wishes they never knew. My Family Should Know (MFSK) is a simple, secure, and completely offline app that helps you put it all in one place, so the people you love aren't left guessing at the hardest time.

MFSK is your private record of everything that matters — organised, encrypted, and ready when your family needs it.

WHY MFSK

• Everything in one place — from bank accounts and insurance to medical details, documents, digital logins, property, and personal messages.
• No more physical files — cut down the need to maintain paper files and folders scattered around the house.
• Always with you — your records stay secure and encrypted on the smartphone that's always in your pocket.
• Update on the go — add or change details anytime, from anywhere.
• Share with family digitally — export a clean, organised document and share it with your family in seconds.
• Completely offline — your information never leaves your phone. No servers, no cloud, no tracking.
• Simple to fill, section by section — no clutter, no jargon.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD

MFSK covers every corner of your affairs across clearly organised sections, including:

• Personal & emergency contact details
• Medical information, allergies, and health cover
• Important documents and where to find them
• Bank accounts, bank lockers, cards, loans, and investments
• Insurance policies and annuities
• Property (owned and rented) and valuables
• Utilities, subscriptions, and memberships
• Email, social media, devices, and online logins
• Firearms and licences (where applicable)
• Legal cases and court matters
• Your last wishes and messages to family
• A free Scribble Pad and Reminders for quick notes and due dates

PRIVACY YOU CAN TRUST

Your information is deeply personal, and MFSK treats it that way:

• Stored only on your device — never uploaded or shared.
• Encrypted with AES-256 encryption — the same standard banks and governments use.
• Passwords and security answers protected with PBKDF2 password hashing, never stored in readable form.
• Your encryption key is held in your device's secure hardware-backed storage.
• Protected by your own login and two-factor security questions — no one can reach your data even if your phone is lost or stolen.
• Screenshots and screen recording are blocked within the app, for an extra layer of protection.
• No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No internet needed.
• You are always in complete control of your own data.
