MyLeads is a lead management mobile application. The app is for Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Sales Customer Advisors. MyLeads facilitates better tracking of enquiries. It helps the Customer Advisors to plan their day’s schedule and track the completion of their activities. The Dashboard provides a snapshot of the monthly performance. The direct integration with the CRM system ensures that the Customer Advisor can access and update enquires even when on the move. MyLeads enables the customer advisor to capture the sales enquiry information even when the app is offline. Shortcuts to communication links for call, whatsapp, email and SMS are provided for ease of follow-up.
