Obsura: Minimal Wallpapers

Obsura is a minimal wallpaper app: a curated collection of minimal wallpapers and dark backgrounds for people who want a calm, clean phone. More than 300 original wallpapers in sharp QHD, with new ones added weekly.

Looking for a clean wallpaper or a simple wallpaper that lets your icons breathe? No clutter and no endless scrolling through noise. Every minimalist wallpaper is chosen one by one, saved as a lossless file and sized for today's large, high-resolution screens.

HOW THEY ARE MADE
Every wallpaper is designed in-house with the help of AI tools, then reviewed and curated by hand. Far more are rejected than kept, so what you see is exclusive to Obsura: original, curated wallpapers you won't find in other apps.

FIVE COLLECTIONS
• Dark: dark wallpapers and black wallpapers for OLED and AMOLED screens, from a dark minimal wallpaper to a black wallpaper with a single point of light. Deep blacks and night skies, many of them on true black.
• Minimal: each minimal wallpaper has one clear idea and plenty of empty space, from a calm Nordic wallpaper of a quiet room to soft, simple shapes.
• Abstract: every abstract wallpaper is built from shape, color and form.
• Nature: a nature wallpaper for every mood, with open fields, hills and calm skies.
• Floral: a floral wallpaper or flower wallpaper up close, with blossoms, petals and leaves.

SHARP ON EVERY SCREEN
Every image is a QHD wallpaper or sharper, stored as a lossless file, so nothing is blurred by compression. The backgrounds are composed for tall phone screens and stay crisp on 1440p displays. If you want a QHD wallpaper app, or HD wallpapers that still look sharp on a QHD phone, this is what Obsura is for.

DARK WALLPAPERS FOR OLED AND AMOLED
Looking for an OLED wallpaper or AMOLED wallpapers? Dark backgrounds are easy on the eyes at night, and on an AMOLED screen true black pixels are simply switched off. Browse the Dark collection for a pure black wallpaper, or search by mood to find dark wallpapers in every collection, including dark abstract wallpapers, nature wallpapers at dusk and floral wallpapers on black.
