Okel Mitra

OKEL Mitra is a job app for those of you who want to earn money by delivering people and goods within your neighborhood. No need to travel all the way to the city center, because orders come from around your home.

Two services, you choose

• Motorcycle taxi: Take passengers to their destinations.
• Delivery: Pick up packages, deliver them, and take a photo of the receipt upon arrival.

You can choose whether to be active in just one or both at the same time, and you can change them at any time without notifying anyone.

Once accepted, everything is on one screen

• Order offers arrive with a countdown, complete with the distance and your payment. Take them if they're suitable, skip them if not, without further explanation.
• A map shows the route to the pickup point and then to the destination.
• Chat with customers directly within the app. Your phone number is never visible to them, and neither is theirs.
• To deliver an item, simply take a single photo of the receipt before closing the order.

The money is clear, and never deducted from your balance.

• Your daily earnings are visible as soon as you open the app.
• Your balance increases with each completed order, and you can trace each increase back to the original order.
• Request a withdrawal to your own bank account.

This is what sets OKEL apart: there are no deposits, no top-ups. The app's commission is taken from customer payments, not deducted from your balance. So the amount you see in your wallet is your money, not a deposit that will later be deducted.

Register from your phone, no need to come to the office.

Fill in your personal information, vehicle information, and withdrawal account, then upload your files directly from your phone's camera. Throughout the process, you can see which files are complete and which are missing, so there's no guesswork. Once everything is submitted, just wait for verification.

Once activated, your Account page displays your rating, acceptance rate, and completion rate for the last 30 days, so you know where you stand without having to ask.

What you need to prepare before registering

• Valid ID card (KTP)
• Valid Class-Class driver's license (SIM C)
• Vehicle registration (STNK)
• Clear photo of yourself, without a helmet or mask
• Bank account in your own name
• Android phone with active GPS

This app requires location access while you're working so that nearby orders can reach you and customers can see you en route. Locations are only sent when you're active and the app is open.

Send feedback directly from the Account menu. Your feedback will be sent to the OKEL team along with the app version you're using, so specific complaints can be addressed instead of being lost.
