OPSSAPP is the official employee operations app for DubaiAC, designed to support technicians, supervisors, admins, and staff in managing their daily work efficiently. Integrated with the company’s Odoo ERP system, the app provides real-time updates for attendance, tasks, materials, and timesheets.

Log received and returned tools, track material usage, and upload supporting documents.

Track work duration automatically and submit accurate timesheet entries.

• Secure Employee Login
Only company-authorized employees can log in. All accounts are created in Odoo. No public sign-up.

• Role-Based Access
Technicians, supervisors, admins, and managers each receive the features relevant to their job role.

DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
OPSSAPP uses encrypted communication and stores only the minimum data required for operations. GPS is collected only during Check-In/Check-Out and never in the background. No data is shared with third parties.
