Ordeliya Merchant is the kitchen display and operations panel for modern restaurants. From the oven to the counter, one tablet replaces four separate systems.

WHAT YOU GET

* Orders (KDS) - Triple-pane order display with channel icons (delivery, dine-in, pickup), per-line allergy alerts, ETA windows, and a built-in timer from receipt to ready. Accept, send to oven, mark ready, or adjust ETA with a single tap.

* Shift Schedule - The brigade today: four columns (Pizzeria forno, Cucina, Sala, Bar espresso) across 18 hours. The red NOW-line shows who is on shift this minute. Shifts are edited in admin; the tablet is the daily reference.

* Food Safety Checks (HACCP) - Daily compliance checklist built around Danish Fodevarestyrelsen rules. Three states (ok / warning / fail), photo evidence on demand, and a last-4-days history strip. Submit the day's report with one tap.

* Email Campaigns - Drag-and-drop campaign builder on the tablet itself. Blocks for text, product, image, button, video; live phone preview; and deliverability stats (spam score, read time, location, deliverable). Pay via Stripe on the same screen.

* AI Daily Insight - Weather-linked sales forecasts. Send a push notification or email campaign with one tap.

* Multi-tenant from day 1 - One login per staff member, manager, or owner. JWT-based access. Switch between multiple locations without logging out.

* Offline-first - The counter's internet can drop; the orders cannot. Local cache for 7 days with automatic sync. WatermelonDB and MMKV on-device.

* 41 languages - Danish is the default. English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Turkish, and 34 more are available per staff member.

ACCESS AND SUBSCRIPTION

Ordeliya Merchant is free to download. An active Ordeliya subscription on admin.ordeliya.com is required to pair the tablet. No in-app purchases. No ads. No tracking beyond the operational data the app needs to function.

PAIRING

First time you open the app: scan the QR code from your admin account (Settings, Tablets, Add device). The tablet is locked to your restaurant from that moment.
