You can perform parcel, zoning, and land valuation inquiries (where available) in all 81 provinces and districts of Türkiye, as well as calculations such as TAKS/KAKS, building-for-construction ratio calculations, rental income calculations, and title deed fee calculations.

You can easily perform zoning and parcel inquiries. All 81 provinces of Türkiye and many districts have been added to the application, and parcel and zoning inquiries are carried out with the help of maps of the provinces and districts.

All links open via external links, and the accuracy of the maps is not guaranteed. This application does not record or store any data and, naturally, does not share any content or data with third parties.

IMPORTANT: Queries are not retrieved from official databases within the application; they are mostly redirected to institution/municipality pages opened in an external browser. Calculations produce approximate results based on user input; they do not replace official tax/fee/permit documents.

These are approximate calculators that work with user inputs. Formulas and ratios may be based on generally published legislation/practical applications; results are not official institutional outputs.
