Pelvy is your all-in-one pelvic-health and physiotherapy app, created by a pelvic-health physiotherapist to help you strengthen, relax, and understand your pelvic floor.
Pelvy combines pelvic-floor exercises to help you activate, improve control, or strengthen your pelvic-floor muscles. But not everyone needs to tighten — many people benefit from doing the opposite. Pelvy also includes pelvic-floor downtraining and relaxation exercises, essential for those experiencing pelvic pain, endometriosis, pudendal neuralgia, or pain affecting bladder, bowel, or sexual function. These techniques support users in reducing tension and restoring healthy coordination of the pelvic floor.
Pelvy also offers pelvic stretches, Pilates-based strength and core workouts, and mobility exercises to improve flexibility and control. It can help you prepare for birth with pelvic-opening exercises, recover after gynaecological or urological surgery, or support pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation.
Everyone has a pelvis and pelvic floor.
