QualiNex TAKUMI is a statistical analysis app that puts manufacturing quality
control (QC) work on a single smartphone or tablet. Just enter your
measurement data, and it automatically generates the core QC seven tools
analyses, plus AI-assisted improvement suggestions, all in one app.

Create groups by process, product, measurement item, unit, spec limits,
target value, and subgroup size, then log measured values.

- Histogram / Cp & Cpk
Automatically builds a histogram from your measurement data. Calculates
process capability (Cp, Cpk) and shows a predicted out-of-spec rate (ppm).

- X-R Control Chart
Automatically plots subgroup means and ranges on a control chart and
flags any points outside the control limits.

- Pareto Chart
Tallies defect counts and cumulative ratio, and automatically highlights

- Scatter & Correlation
Calculates the correlation coefficient between two measurement items and
explains the strength and direction of the relationship.

Tap "Send to AI App" to share the aggregated statistics with your own AI
app (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) already installed on your device, and get
quality-improvement suggestions.
