Rocket Close

Rocket Close is the official mobile workspace for appraisers and notary signing agents contracted with Rocket Close. Sign in with your vendor credentials to manage your orders, schedule, documents, and payments on the go.

A Rocket Close vendor account is required. This app is for on-boarded appraisers and signing agents only, it does not offer public sign-up.

Capabilities for Appraisers:
• Pipeline & new orders: review, accept, or decline appraisal inspections, as well as propose conditions for acceptance.
• Scheduling: schedule and reschedule inspections with built-in calendar sync.
• Status updates: keep orders moving with quick status and due date extension requests.
• Track and manage Performance metrics, Payment History, Credentials and more in the profile.
• View order documents, lender instructions, contacts, messages, and a map view of your assigned and potential orders.
• Get answers to appraisal and platform related questions through Rocket Assist AI companion.
• Push notifications and alerts for targeted order updates.

Capabilities for Notary Signing Agents:
• Appointments: see your closing calendar at a glance.
• New signings: accept or decline assignments.
• Update Rocket Close about appointment statuses from Client Contacted thru Docs Dropped Off.
• View closing instructions, borrower contact options, and personal notes in each appointment.
• Upload appointment-specific documents like scanbacks, borrower/signer identification, or Texas 50A6 invoices.
• Launch the Clear Sign portal for eClosings when using a Tablet.
• Manage your Out of Office, Payments, Scorecard, and Fees in the Profile.
• Push notifications and alerts for targeted appointment updates.
