SIM Serial Number (ICCID)

SIM Serial Number attempts to read the ICCID that Android exposes for installed SIM cards, without requiring you to remove them from the phone.

It is useful when the number printed on the SIM has worn away, the plastic card was cut down, or you need to copy the identifier for a request with your carrier.

You can:

- view the SIM cards detected by the device;
- use multiple slots on compatible dual-SIM phones;
- check the ICCID format;
- copy or share the code.

ICCID access depends on the phone, SIM card, carrier, and rules enforced by the installed Android version. Android 10 and later may prevent ordinary apps from reading this identifier even after permission is granted. When that happens, the app explains the restriction and does not generate a replacement value.
