SNSA NOMAD

NOMAD is an application designed by the Union des Assisteurs.
It facilitates exchanges between assistance personnel and breakdown operators/tow operators as part of automobile repair missions.

The NOMAD application simplifies the administrative tasks of troubleshooters who can carry out their management actions directly on the application in the following cases:
- Acceptance or refusal of missions,
- Assigning missions to stakeholders,
- Entering intervention reports in real time.

The NOMAD application also allows, via an alert system, to inform service providers of:
- Assignment of new missions
- Modification from the extranet or the mission API
- Cancellation of missions

The application allows the assistant to geolocate the repairer while traveling and to inform the recipient of the intervention time.
