The organ clock of traditional Chinese medicine, worked out for wherever you are.

Twelve organs take the day in turn, two hours each, and the tradition puts the Heart at noon. Body Clock takes that literally: it works out the sun's own noon for your exact position and hangs the twelve periods off it. The day you are given is the day you are actually in, rather than a fixed table of clock hours that is only ever right in one place.
