Tomely — Medication Reminder

Never miss a dose again. Tomely is a pill reminder and medication tracker that rings on time, shows what is left to take today and warns you before your meds run out.

Add a medication once and the app takes care of the rest: an alarm at every dose, one-tap confirmation and a history of everything you took.

MEDICATION REMINDERS ON TIME

• Alarm with sound and vibration at every time you set
• Tap "Took it" or "Postpone" right from the notification, without opening the app
• If a dose is not confirmed, the app reminds you again up to five times, starting one hour later
• Reminders keep ringing without an internet connection

• Every day, specific days of the week, every X days or every X hours
• Several times a day, each with its own dose
• Tablet, capsule, drops, syrup, injection, ointment or any other type you enter
• Usage instructions with each medication: on an empty stomach, with food, with water or before bed

YOUR WHOLE DAY ON ONE SCREEN

The Today screen splits your doses into morning, afternoon and evening and shows how much of the day you have completed. Swipe a card to mark it: taken, taken late, not taken or postponed.

DOSE HISTORY AND ADHERENCE

Every dose is logged with the time you took it. Filter the history by taken, skipped and postponed. On your profile, the chart of the last 7 days shows the share of doses taken, and your streak counts the days in a row without a missed dose. It is an easy summary to show your doctor at the next appointment.

PILL COUNT AND REFILL ALERTS

Enter how many units you have at home. Every confirmed dose subtracts one, and the app shows roughly the date your medication runs out. You choose how many days ahead you want the warning, and the medication is highlighted when it is time to refill.

YOUR DATA

Sign in with a Google account or with email and password. Your medications are saved to your account and come back when you switch phones. You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app, and the privacy policy is on the About screen.

Available in English and Brazilian Portuguese, in plain language with no medical jargon.
