ToolTally: Tool Inventory

ToolTally is an offline tool inventory and on-site utility kit built for tradespeople. It runs completely on your device - no account, no sign-up and no cloud - so your tool records and photos stay private and keep working with no signal on site.

KEEP A COMPLETE RECORD OF YOUR TOOLS
Log every tool with photos, brand and model, serial number, purchase date and price, your own estimated value, condition and where it lives (van, home, site or storage). Add per-tool insurance details - insurer, policy number, renewal date, sum insured and excess - and mark each tool Active, Stolen, Sold or Retired as things change.

NEVER MISS A WARRANTY AGAIN
Set a warranty expiry, or enter a purchase date and warranty length and let ToolTally work it out, then get a local reminder before it runs out so you can claim or replace in time. Reminders are scheduled entirely on the device.

INSURANCE CLAIM PACK
ToolTally's standout feature. Build a single, tidy ZIP - a formatted PDF, a spreadsheet-friendly CSV and all your photos - for the tools you choose (all active tools, stolen tools only, or a custom selection) to hand to your insurer to support a claim or a quote. It is a record you compile yourself: it is not insurance, a valuation or proof of cover, and ToolTally does not provide or arrange insurance.

BONUS TOOLBOX - HANDY ON-SITE UTILITIES
- Spirit level and angle finder with a roof-pitch readout
- Camera measure: estimate distance and area using your device's AR
- Trade calculator for feet-inch-fractions and millimetre tallies
- Unit converter for common trade units
- Metal / stud detector using the magnetometer
- Materials estimator for paint, flooring and concrete

FREE, WITH ADS
ToolTally is free and supported by Google AdMob. A banner sits at the bottom of the screen, and an interstitial appears when you open a Bonus Toolbox utility. Watching one optional rewarded video opens a 24-hour Premium window that removes those interstitials (the banner stays) and unlocks the Insurance Claim Pack export, the materials estimate, custom multi-stage warranty reminders and extra tool slots. There are no in-app purchases. Where required, consent for personalised ads is handled through Google's User Messaging Platform.

YOUR PRIVACY
No account, no cloud, no sign-up. Your tools, photos and insurance notes are stored only on your device and are never uploaded or shared by the app. Uninstalling the app removes them.

Please note: the on-site measuring tools (level, angle finder, camera measure, metal/stud detector and materials estimator) are practical guides for rough work on site, not certified measuring instruments.
