Valet Ops

Valet Ops helps invited field teams document valet trash and property service workflows from a mobile device.

Operators can view assigned properties, start and finish service, capture service photos, report violations, complete unit checks, document breezeways, and submit dumpster or compactor reports. Supervisors and administrators can use those operational records to review service status, support follow-up, and keep property teams aligned.

The app supports camera, photo selection, and location-based workflows where required by an enrolled organization. Offline queueing helps preserve submitted field evidence when connectivity is weak, then syncs records when service is available.
