A BRIEF WRITTEN FOR YOUR SEAT
Each morning Zairo reads your store reports and writes a plain-English brief: what sold, where drive-thru times slipped, which store is running hot on labor, and the one thing each manager should look at today. Owners see their market ranked. Area leaders see their stores ordered by who needs a visit first. General managers see their store and a single focus for the shift.

STORE KPIs WITH CONTEXT
Sales against forecast, speed of service, drive-thru seconds, labor percent, food cost percent, and day-part detail — measured against the targets you set. Ninety days of history sit behind every number, so "is this normal for a Tuesday?" has an answer.

SCHEDULING
Build the week, publish it by group, and let the AI scheduler propose a first draft from your sales forecast, day parts, and crew availability. Grade a schedule before you post it. Team members open their own shifts on their own phone, pick up open shifts with manager approval, set availability, and request time off.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT REACH THE RIGHT PERSON
Team members are notified when their schedule is posted or changes, when an open shift they can pick up is posted, when a time-off or availability request is decided, and when a shift pickup is approved or denied. Managers are notified when time-off requests, availability changes, shift releases and pickups need their review. Direct messages and store announcements arrive the same way; a message alert says who wrote, never what they wrote. Tap a notification to land on the screen it is about.

OPERATIONS AND P&L
Inventory counts, between-store transfers, vendor invoices, a weekly report, sales history, and an itemized profit-and-loss view built from the numbers you already file.

CAPTURE INVOICES FROM A PHOTO
Upload a photo of a vendor invoice or receipt. Zairo reads the vendor, the line items, and the total, lets you correct anything before saving, files it against the store, and routes it for approval.

ASK ZAIRO
Ask the questions you would ask a district manager: "Why was Tuesday down?" "Which store has the worst lunch?" "How many people do I need Saturday?" Answers are drawn from your own store data.

TEAM AND HR
Employee records, availability windows, time-off requests, announcements, messages with your store's managers, performance documentation, and — for HR administrators — a time clock with exportable timesheets and a handbook assistant.

SPANISH FOR THE CREW
The scheduling and team side switches to Spanish with one tap, per person — sign-in, the week, shifts, availability, and time-off all follow.

BUILT FOR MULTI-UNIT OPERATORS
Roles are enforced on the server, not just in the interface: a general manager sees their store, an area leader their area, an owner their market. Data never crosses between companies. Optional two-step sign-in, and a light or dark theme in the schedule portal.

SIGN IN WITH YOUR FINGERPRINT OR FACE
Enroll once and unlock with the biometric your phone already uses. Your sign-in is stored in the device's secure keystore; your fingerprint or face never leaves the device and is never sent to Zairo.

SHARE ANY EXPORT
Schedules, reports, and spreadsheets open in the standard Android share sheet — print them, save them, or send them to your accountant.

ACCOUNTS
Zairo accounts are created and managed by your company; there is no public sign-up. If you work for a restaurant group that uses Zairo, ask your operations lead for access.
