Zepnet Personel

Zepnet Personnel is an INTERNAL application used by Zeplin Car employees and authorized company users. It is not open to general use; accounts are created by the company, and registration cannot be done through the application.

WHAT IT DOES

• Phone directory — internal short codes, mobile phone numbers, and corporate email addresses for all personnel
• Office directory — office addresses, phone numbers, and contact information
• Vehicle inquiry — vehicle location, status, registration, and maintenance information by license plate
• Spare key tracking — vehicle key assignment records
• Duty roster — 24/7 contact persons
• Leave requests — balance viewing and creating new requests
• Announcements and notifications — instant internal company information
• Field location sharing — field team task coordination

ABOUT LOCATION SHARING

The application may collect location in the background for field team task coordination and employee safety. This feature:

• Is OFF by default. It only starts when an employee opens it from within the application and can be stopped at any time from the same screen. • Location sharing is done ONLY during working hours (default 09:00–18:00, Mon–Fri). Location is not recorded even if sharing is left on outside of working hours. • When enabled, a persistent notification that cannot be hidden remains in the phone's notification area; it is visible at all times as sharing continues. • Only users with administrator privileges can view the records. Employees cannot see each other's location; everyone can view their own history from within the application. • Administrators can enable off-hours sharing for a TEMPORARY period for urgent tasks; the reason is recorded, the employee sees it in the application, and can stop it again at any time. • It is not used in performance evaluations or disciplinary processes.

The application does not contain advertisements, does not collect advertising ID, does not use third-party analytics tools, and does not sell personal data.
