"Avtotech" is an app for customers of car washes, detailing centers, auto repair shops, and tire shops. Book an appointment, track your car, earn bonuses, and pay—all in one place, no phone calls required.

TO GET STARTED, YOU NEED YOUR ORGANIZATION CODE
The app is shared with all car washes, repair shops, and tire shops operating on the Avtotech platform. When you first launch it, enter your Avtotech ID—it's issued by the organization—or scan the QR code at the counter: the name, colors, services, and prices will be yours. If your car wash or service doesn't use the platform, the app will be useless.

SCHEDULE
Wash, detailing, repair, seasonal tire changes—select the services, available time, and vehicle, and the appointment is sent to the administrator. Available slots are immediately visible, so there's no need to call back to confirm. You can book an appointment without logging in, just by using your name and phone number.

REMINDERS
The app will remind you about your appointment in advance. You can reply directly from the notification, such as "I'll be on time," "I'll be late," or "I won't be there." The administrator will see your reply and won't waste your time keeping your box or post open.

CURRENT ORDER
When your car is at the car wash or service center, you can see what's being done to it, who's doing it, and how much it costs. If additional work is needed during the repair, the service center will ask, and you can approve it directly in the app. Once done, you'll receive a notification; you can estimate the work and pay with your deposit or bonuses.

BONUSES AND DEPOSIT
Cashback for visits, statuses with increasing interest rates, birthday gifts. The deposit is replenished in advance and debited upon completion.

HISTORY, CARS AND TIRES
All orders with work items and amounts, multiple cars in one profile, seasonal tire storage – where they are stored and until what date.

The app is free for clients. Data is stored in Russia and shared only with the organization you serve.
