Whitelist? is an app that helps you understand why your mobile internet is behaving unusually.

If your mobile internet suddenly only opens some websites, while others are unavailable, your connection may be operating in a limited resource access mode (called a "whitelist").

With one tap, the app checks several independent groups of internet resources: websites typically accessible when using the whitelist, regular websites outside the whitelist, and a control group of resources with limited availability. Based on the results, the app determines the most likely connection status: whitelist mode, no internet access, normal network operation, or connection outside the Russian Federation.
