This is a dedicated app for Yayoi Co., Ltd.'s accounting and tax filing software that allows you to take a picture of a receipt with your smartphone camera, import it as image data into the software, and automatically categorize the transaction.

The imported image data is automatically categorized using the software's [Smart Transaction Import] function, significantly reducing the time and effort required for transaction entry in the accounting/tax filing software.

・Multiple users can use it. For example, in addition to the person who inputs data into the accounting software, multiple people such as sales staff can use it. *Registration is required.

・Complies with the scanner storage system of the Electronic Bookkeeping Law. You can discard receipts (paper documents) by meeting the specified requirements.

▼Preparation for Use
・By launching [Smart Transaction Import] from the target Yayoi product, you will be registered as a user.
・Multiple users can use the service by adding more users. For details, please check the "Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)" on the Yayoi website.

*To use this application, you must first subscribe to the free installation support and maintenance support for the desktop software 'Yayoi Accounting' or 'Yayoi Blue Tax Return', or
　have a service contract for the cloud services 'Yayoi Accounting Online', 'Yayoi Blue Tax Return Online', or 'Yayoi White Tax Return Online'. No additional fees are required.

*Customers using the desktop software 'Yayoi Accounting' or 'Yayoi Blue Tax Return', or their employees, will need to register a new Yayoi ID.

*This app complies with the scanner storage system of the Electronic Bookkeeping Law, allowing you to discard receipts (paper documents) by meeting the prescribed requirements.

Please use this feature by pressing the "Enable Scanner Storage System Option" button in the "Scan Data Import Settings" of [Smart Transaction Import].

*Those wishing to subscribe to "Yayoi Blue Tax Return Online" or "Yayoi White Tax Return Online" will need to register via a web browser.
