It covers topics ranging from the Water Supply Law and Water Supply Administration, the structure and performance standards of water supply pipes and equipment, construction methods for water supply system construction, calculations of head loss and hydraulic gradient, the designated water supply system construction business operator system, and the Construction Industry Law.

This app reflects system changes, such as the transfer of water administration in April 2024 (from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of the Environment).

Passing Criteria (FY2025): Total score of 40 points or higher, total score of 27 points or higher across the 6 required subjects, and above the minimum score for each subject
Examination Fee: 21,300 yen
Eligibility Requirements: 3 years or more of practical experience in water supply system construction
* Those who have passed the second stage of the Pipe Construction Management Engineer (Level 1 or 2) examination are exempt from two subjects in Examination 2.
