Article 32-21 of the Telecommunications Business Act — This is an obligation to notify users of a rate plan that suits them by analyzing their rates, terms of use, and usage patterns.

However, even if you receive this notification, the decision ultimately rests with you. If you do not know how many GB you use per month, or how much of your current plan is being wasted, you cannot determine if the claim that "there is a cheaper option" is true.

It does not require call logs or text permission — you simply need to copy the values ​​from the carrier's app or your statement.

It calculates how much GB remains from your monthly allowance and how much that translates to in monetary terms (Monthly Fee ÷ Allowance = Price per GB). Conversely, if the average exceeds the provided allowance, it tells you how many GB is missing.

If you add a plan you are considering switching to, it shows the difference in monthly and annual costs.

It does not place the cheapest option at the top — the plan that fits your average comes first, and for candidates that fall short, simply note that they are insufficient.

■ Notification Effective Date and Basis

It counts the days remaining until implementation and displays exactly what the legal text requires.

Since the notification cycle and target operators are values ​​determined by official notice, simply write "Not yet notified."

■ Things to Check When Received a Notice

Five conditions: remaining contract duration, selective contract discount, bundle discount, data carryover, and exceeding the provided allowance.
