AlcoTrack: BAC Alcohol Tracker APP

Log what you drink and watch your blood alcohol estimate rise, then fall back to zero.

AlcoTrack is an alcohol tracker and BAC calculator that runs on your own numbers. You enter your weight, height and age once. Biological sex too, or leave it out if you would rather not say. From then on, every beer, glass of wine or shot you log feeds a live estimate of your blood alcohol content.

You might use this drink tracker for one night out a month, or keep a drinking diary all year and barely glance at the BAC number, because what you're really after is the count of alcohol-free days. Dry January, Sober October, or a Tuesday you decided to skip: the calendar counts them all the same. It's a mindful drinking app built around logging what you drink, so if you've quit altogether, it's probably not for you.

WHY ALCOTRACK?

The BAC chart, live. The curve climbs while you drink, eases back down at your own pace, and marks when your estimate should be back to zero.
Body signals from your watch. See how you slept, and what your resting heart rate and HRV did, on the nights you drank next to the nights you didn't. Read-only, off until you switch it on, and it takes whatever already feeds Health Connect: Samsung Health, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, Withings, Polar.
An AI Coach that has read your log. Ask it why last week looked the way it did. It answers from your own drink log, it is still in beta, and it can be wrong.
A private alcohol log. Log a beer, a glass of wine, a shot, or pick one of 80 cocktail recipes, measures and all.
Sober streaks and alcohol-free days, on a calendar you can read at a glance, with achievements behind them if that sort of thing works on you.
Statistics. Weekly and monthly trends, alcohol units, the hours you actually drink in, and what a month of it costs.
Hydration reminders and a home screen widget, so you can check your BAC without opening the app.
Units for wherever you live. Metric or imperial, permille or percent, standard drinks or grams.

Logging, the chart, the diary, streaks and 30 days of statistics are free. AlcoTrack Plus is a subscription: no ads, longer statistics ranges, the full cocktail list, unlimited reminders and favorites, and your own questions to the coach.

DATA & PRIVACY
What you drink stays on the phone. No account, no sign-up, no forced cloud sync, and you can export and back up the lot whenever you want. Sleep and heart rate come straight from Health Connect on the device, read-only, and nothing gets written back.

Two things leave the phone. The AI Coach sends only what it needs to answer, and only when you ask; those chats aren't stored and never train a model. The free version also shows banner ads, and the odd full-screen one, through Google AdMob, which collects the usual advertising identifiers. Nothing you log, and nothing from Health Connect, ever goes into an ad request. Plus switches the ads off.

DISCLAIMER
AlcoTrack estimates your blood alcohol content from what you type in. Everyone's metabolism is different, and food and medication shift it further, so treat the number as a rough guide, not a measurement. It isn't a breathalyzer, and it can't tell you whether you're fit to drive. Never drink and drive. The developer takes no liability for the accuracy of the results.

Formerly AlcDroid. Same developer, and your old data imports.
