BP Diary: Blood Pressure Log APP

BP Diary is for people who were told to keep track of their blood pressure. It keeps every reading with its time and context, works out the averages a doctor reads, and turns months of numbers into a report you can hand over at an appointment.

Simple enough to keep up
Open it, put the numbers in, close it. Take a reading with your camera, photograph the display on your cuff and let the app read the numbers, or type them in. Every reading is saved with its time, and you can add a note about anything unusual: a missed dose, a short night, the stairs before you sat down.

See where you are
One reading is a snapshot. BP Diary shows the average for the last week, month or three months, a trend chart, and the readings behind them, so a single tense afternoon stops looking like a verdict.

A report for any period, not just the last thirty days
Export a clear report of the period your doctor asks about: dates, averages, a trend chart, pulse and your notes, with camera readings kept apart from cuff and typed ones. Your history never expires and is never trimmed, so the report can cover a month, a year, or everything you have ever recorded.

Calibrated to your own cuff
Readings from your own cuff calibrate the camera to you, so camera readings are checked against the cuff you already trust.

Free, no ads, nothing locked in
Every way to add a reading, calibration, unlimited history, sync across your devices, reminders, charts and complete reports for any period you choose. No ads, no account needed to start, and you can take your diary with you whenever you want.

Device compatibility
Camera readings need a working camera and steady light on your face. If your device cannot complete a camera reading, you can still photograph your cuff display or enter readings by hand, and every other feature works the same.

Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Camera readings are estimates powered by Shen's certified technology and calibrated against your cuff; confirm important readings with a cuff. Talk to your doctor about your readings.
