By Size Quote Calculator

By Size Quote Calculator is a professional pricing tool for anyone who
quotes products by dimensions or by quantity.

PERFECT FOR:
- Sign shops and print brokers
- Print shops selling by quantity tiers (business cards, flyers, postcards)
- Fabric and textile sellers
- Marble and stone suppliers
- Construction materials
- Flooring and tile vendors
- Glass and window companies
- Any business that prices products by size or by the piece

TWO WAYS TO PRICE:
- By measurement — enter width and height, get the price per square foot or
square meter.
- By quantity — price per unit for items sold by the piece or in fixed
quantity tiers.
Each product is set to whichever mode fits it, so both live side by side in
the same price list.

ORGANIZE WITH VARIANTS:
Group sizes, finishes or quantity tiers under a single product — one "Business
Cards" entry holding 500, 1,000 and 2,500, each with its own price. Products
that don't need variants stay simple, and the variant selector only appears
where it applies.

FEATURES:
- Calculate prices instantly by dimensions or by unit
- Add your own products, categories, variants and prices in Settings
- Import your price list from a spreadsheet — export your Excel or Google
Sheets file as CSV and load it into the app. A downloadable template shows
the exact format expected. Update and add products in bulk without
retyping anything.
- Choose how an import behaves: merge to add and update without deleting
anything, or replace to make the file your entire price list
- Put your company on every quote — name, phone, email, address and your logo
print as a header on exported PDFs
- Three customer types with different pricing tiers (broker, customer, and a
customizable "other" tier)
- Add multiple items to a cart and apply discounts
- Minimum charge per item and optional high-quality surcharge
- Tax calculation support
- Export quotes as professional PDF estimates
- Share PDFs directly with clients via email or messaging apps
- Save estimates and reopen them later to add or remove items
- Supports Imperial (ft/in) and Metric (m/cm) units
- Customizable currency symbol ($, €, £, ¥, and more)
- Works completely offline — no internet required
- All data stored privately on your device
- Export and import your price list for backup or transfer

Set up your catalog once and quote in seconds. Load your prices from a
spreadsheet, or enter them by hand — then back them up and move them to
another device whenever you need to.
