The main focus of the establishment is the preparation of Chinese hot dishes and soups, popular in China as lunch and dinner.
The noodles and broth are an important part of the story.
The noodles are prepared according to the recipe we developed in a special noodle machine. Recipe Broths are prepared within 12 to 24 hours.
