e-Presence at RSUD Kraton is a digital-based electronic attendance system that was developed specifically to make it easier to record and monitor employee attendance within RSUD Kraton. This application utilizes mobile technology, so employees can check in and leave work directly via their devices.

This application is designed to increase HR management efficiency, reduce absenteeism manipulation practices, and speed up the attendance recapitulation process for administrative and performance assessment purposes. Apart from that, e-Presence RSUD Kraton is also equipped with notification features, attendance history, and integration with the hospital staffing system.

By implementing this system, Kraton Regional Hospital hopes to realize more professional and accountable health service management.
