Step-timed checklists with a countdown per step. Check or skip as you go, and see how the run actually went.
CALENDAR
Day events with Power Alarms: up to three advance alerts before something starts, so a meeting never arrives unannounced.
TIMER
A stopwatch and a countdown that rings on time and keeps counting into overtime. While it runs it stays visible and controllable from an ongoing notification.
DAILY STATS
Per-day goals and recurring "Everyday" goals, with day-by-day summaries and progress rings.

PRIVACY, PLAINLY
The app's own code makes no network requests. Your alarms, notes, checklists, calendar entries and stats are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us, and there is no server to send them to. No analytics. No advertising. No tracking. Your content leaves your phone only when you choose to share a backup file yourself.
The one exception: optional purchases are processed by Google Play over its own connection, which sends us no personal information.
OPTIONAL PURCHASES
If the app earns a place in your day, there is a one-off Supporter badge — a cosmetic thank-you that unlocks nothing. The Shop also offers optional content packs: Twilight (three evening colour schemes plus two ringtones) and Beach (five coastal colour schemes). Every purchase is one-time. The nine themes and ten sounds the app comes with are free and always will be, and nothing you create is ever locked behind a purchase.
