HamClock is an essential tool and display clock designed specifically for amateur radio operators and space weather enthusiasts.

HamClock for Android brings the full, complete HamClock experience to your tablet or phone. Powered by the same native C++ core engine as the renowned Linux and Raspberry Pi editions, this version offers crisp, high-resolution rendering, responsive touch controls, and standalone portability for your shack or portable ops.

• Real-Time Clocks: Multiple synchronized time displays including UTC, local station time (DE), and remote contact time (DX).
• World Map & Grayline: High-resolution world map displaying real-time daylight/night grayline paths, auroral ovals, and solar subpoints.
• Solar & Space Weather Data: Live solar indices, solar flux index (SFI), sunspot numbers (SSN), geomagnetic Kp and Ap indices, solar wind speeds, and X-ray flare monitoring.

ORIGIN & OPEN SOURCE:
HamClock was originally conceived and developed for Linux and embedded systems by Elwood Downey (WB0OEW) at Clear Sky Institute.

This Android edition is maintained as part of the open-source Open HamClock project. It is 100% open source, ad-free, and privacy-respecting.
