HCM Cloud is the official attendance and HR companion app for employees managed through the HCM portal.

Designed for simplicity and accuracy, HCM Cloud puts your daily work routine at your fingertips — from clocking in to managing leave requests, all in one place.

KEY FEATURES

- Smart Clock In & Out
Swipe to clock in or out using secure QR verification. Your work timer starts automatically and tracks your hours in real time.

- Break Tracking
Start and end breaks with a tap. Your total worked hours are calculated accurately, excluding break time.

- Leave Management
Submit leave requests directly from the app. Choose your leave type, set your dates, add a reason, and track approval status — Pending, Approved, or Rejected.

- Attendance History
Review your complete attendance records with check-in/check-out times, break sessions, and attendance status (Present, Incomplete, Absent).

- Employee Profile
View your profile, employee ID, job title, and company details anytime from the Settings tab.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Accounts are created and managed by your HR/Admin team. Self-registration is not available.
- The app does not collect real-time GPS or continuous location data.
- Your data is used solely for attendance management and HR operations.
