KRFT Ops APP
TYPE THE ORDER, CONFIRM THE CARD
Orders are entered in plain language: "one 20L keg of Ogama for Pintology". KRFT Ops resolves the client and the beer, prices the lines with that client's terms, checks the stock and shows an order card. Nothing is recorded until you confirm it. When something is ambiguous, the card asks instead of guessing. Orders can be typed in English, Japanese or French.
ONE STOCK LEDGER
Every keg, bottle and can lives in one ledger: production, reservation when an order is confirmed, preparation, breakage, returns. Physical stock and what is still available to sell are always two clear numbers, and low stock shows up before it becomes a problem.
PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Production sees what to prepare, in order, and taps "Prepared". Each order carries its delivery: on the brewery's own tour, shipped by carrier, or picked up at the brewery. Tour days come from the delivery dates, and the assistant can plan the route.
CLIENTS AND KEG BALANCES
A client book with contacts, negotiated prices and payment terms, dated notes and follow-ups, and the keg balance of each client: how many kegs are out, and where. A client can be linked to its venue on KRFT.
MONTHLY INVOICING
At month end, KRFT Ops gathers the delivered orders into draft invoices, one per client, and flags what deserves a look: an off-catalogue price, kegs not returned, a new client, an unusual amount. Approval takes the invoice number and renders a PDF compliant with Japan's qualified invoice system (適格請求書), ready to send. Unpaid invoices have their own page.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT MEAN SOMETHING
A push is sent when there is something to do now: an order to prepare, a prepared order to ship, the monthly run waiting for approval. The person who did the action is never notified about it, and notifications arrive in the language of your phone.
ROLES
Sales, production, admin and operator seats, each allowed the writes its job needs. Everyone on the team can see everything.
ACCESS
KRFT Ops is joined by invitation. An admin at your brewery gives you a code; sign in with your KRFT account and enter it. If you run a craft brewery and would like to use KRFT Ops, write to info@krft.world or visit krft.world.
KRFT Ops is part of the KRFT family, alongside the KRFT app for craft beer lovers in Tokyo. A beer published from KRFT Ops appears in the KRFT app without any extra step.
