MSLK DRIVER is the official app exclusively for professional drivers partnered with MSLK, a private hire and transportation booking platform based in Clermont-Ferrand.

It allows drivers to receive ride requests, manage their trips and clients independently, in compliance with French passenger transport regulations.

Main features for drivers:

- Real-time reception of customer ride requests (immediate or scheduled pickup).

- Display of essential trip information: departure location, arrival location, times, customer comments.

- Management of trip status (en route, arrived, trip in progress, completed).

- History of completed trips and access to details of each trip.

- Access to driver profile and professional documents (ID, private hire driver license, insurance, vehicle registration, etc.).

Application reserved for professionals:
- MSLK DRIVER is strictly reserved for professional private hire drivers with an account validated by MSLK. - Registration and access to the application require the provision and verification of supporting documents: identity document, driver's license, private hire vehicle (PHV) professional card, vehicle registration document, insurance certificate, etc.

- Driver account validation may be subject to manual review to ensure compliance with legal requirements and service quality standards.

MSLK's Role and Driver Responsibilities:

- MSLK acts as a platform connecting independent professional drivers with clients wishing to book a ride.

- Each driver remains legally and fiscally independent and is solely responsible for complying with applicable regulations (PHV license, insurance, safety, driving time, etc.).

- The driver collects the fare directly from the client (cash, payment terminal, bank transfer, etc.) and issues the necessary invoices in their company's name.

- The driver must issue invoices that comply with French regulations (mandatory information, VAT, document retention, social security and tax declarations).

Personal Data and Documents:

- The application collects certain personal data and professional documents to create and verify driver accounts, secure access, and ensure the proper execution of services.

- The information collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and MSLK's Privacy Policy.

- Drivers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which they can exercise through the contact channels indicated in the Privacy Policy.
