Download the free MyAcea Energia app, dedicated to customers with a tax code. Manage your electricity and gas supplies quickly and easily: check your bills, submit self-readings, activate various services such as online billing, direct debit, initiate a request, pay any quotes or invoices, and track their progress.

HOW TO ACCESS:
• If you are a registered customer in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, use the same email address and password to access the app.
• If you are not yet registered in the MyAcea Energia reserved area, you can do so directly from the MyAcea Energia app or by visiting https://my.acea.it/energia/registrazione

Please note that to use all the features available on the app, you must first link your electricity and/or gas supplies to your profile.

MAIN APP FEATURES:
• Web Bill: Receive your bill directly to your inbox for free on the day it's issued, eliminating paper bills and making an eco-friendly choice.
• Direct Debit Service: Activate or change your bills directly to your current account for free.
• Consumption and Readings: View your consumption trends and consult your meter reading history.
• Invoices and Payments: Always keep track of your bills, check their status, and pay upcoming bills by credit card.
• Request new transactions and monitor their progress. For example, you can change the power or voltage, pay the estimate or related invoice, and track its progress until completion.
