MyUoS

MyUoS is the official mobile application of the University of Sharjah, designed as a digital platform that brings together a wide range of university features into a single, secure, and user-friendly application.

The application is planned to support multiple academic and administrative services, including student attendance, access to university services, and other campus-related functionalities that enhance the overall university experience.

In the first phase of implementation, MyUoS will launch with the Digital ID feature, allowing students, faculty, and staff to access their official university identification digitally. The Digital ID is securely accessed through Single Sign-On (SSO) and automatically retrieves verified user information from internal university portals to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Users will be able to share their Digital ID through secure, dynamic QR codes, save the card for offline use, and access their information conveniently from their mobile devices.

MyUoS supports the University’s digital transformation and sustainability initiatives by reducing reliance on physical cards, improving operational efficiency, and establishing a scalable foundation for future phases that will introduce additional services and features.
