Safinat al-Najah

Safinat al-Najah is a classical Islamic Fiqh (jurisprudence) book written by Sheikh Salim bin Abdullah bin Saad bin Sumair Al-Hadhrami, based on the Shafi'i school (madhhab) of Islamic law. This app brings you the complete Arabic text with an easy-to-understand English translation, chapter by chapter — including Basic Aqeedah (Islamic Creed), Purification (Thaharah), Prayer (Salah), Funeral Rites, Zakat, and Fasting.

The original title, "Safinatun-Najah Fima Yajibu 'ala Abdi li Maulah," means "The Ship of Salvation Regarding What a Servant Owes His Lord." Despite its concise format, this text summarizes the core rulings of Islamic Fiqh clearly and simply, making it a favorite study guide for beginners, students, and anyone starting their journey in Islamic studies — including students at Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) and madrasahs worldwide.

Mastering Safinatun Najah means understanding the essential foundations of Islamic Sharia law.
