Keep the parts of your Android setup that matter.

Restore them when you switch phones, reset your device or need an earlier backup. Swift Backup gives you one place to manage local, cloud and self-hosted backups without locking you into a single storage provider.

Root and Shizuku
Root is not required to back up APKs, messages, call logs, folders or wallpapers.

Backing up and restoring private app data requires root. Some protected app files and batch restore actions require Root or Shizuku, depending on your Android version. See the FAQ for exact requirements.

Sign-in and encryption
You can use Swift Backup anonymously and offline for local backups. Google Sign-in is required for cloud backups and Premium features. Browser-based sign-in is available on devices without Google Play services.
