• Register a complaint (गुनासो)
Report a problem with water, roads, electricity or sanitation, with photos. You get a tracking number and can follow the status through to resolution.
• Hello Chairperson (हेलो अध्यक्ष)
Send policy feedback or a suggestion to the chairperson's office. You can send it anonymously; if you do, no identifying details are stored at all.
• Representatives and staff (जनप्रतिनिधि तथा कर्मचारी)
Ward chairpersons, members and branch staff across all eleven wards — post, branch and phone number, so you reach the right person the first time.
• Laws and by-laws (ऐन तथा कानुन)
The rural municipality's acts, regulations, directives and procedures, readable in the app.
• Photo gallery (फोटो ग्यालरी)
Programmes and projects the rural municipality has published.
• Office information (कार्यालय जानकारी)
