Today Log - SOYOGI APP

A small log for three things: how far you can go this morning, how tiring today's plans are, and something you did today. No scores or numbers, and no comparing or judging. Days with no entry are fine too.
This app is not a substitute for medical care. In an emergency, call 119 (ambulance) or 110 (police) in Japan, or a helpline.

■Choose your logs
There are three logs: "Morning distance", "Energy left" and "Things done". Turn off the ones you do not use in Settings, and they disappear from the screens.

■Morning distance
Choose one of "I can go", "Part way", "Separate room" and "Stay home" for how far you can go today. Every choice is recorded with the same weight and simply listed by date. Nothing is counted.
You can also make a message. Choose who it is for (school or workplace), who writes it (myself or family) and what to say (late today, absent today, absent a few days, absent for a while), and a message is made. Edit it, then copy or share it. When you choose "Stay home", the message area opens right away.

■Energy left
Add today's plans one line at a time and, for each, choose one of three levels for "People", "Noise" and "Acting normal". The battery gauge goes down. No numbers are shown. Yesterday's plans and battery can be viewed too, read-only. For the steps to take when tiredness piles up, a button opens a separate app, "One by One - SOYOGI", in your browser.

■Things done
Keep a small "done" in one line. Entries are listed by date, and "Look back at one" shows one of them, picked at random, in large letters.

■Where to get help
The home screen always shows that this app is not a substitute for medical care, and how to reach 119, 110 or a helpline. There are also links to SOYOGI pages for finding helplines and support programs in Japan.

■About this app
One of the free welfare apps from SOYOGI, a care and support consultation service in Japan. Fully offline, anonymous, no ads, no sign-up. Your logs and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. A message leaves the app only when you tap "Copy" or "Share".
This app is not a substitute for medical care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number or contact a local support service.
