UnICA

UnICA is a unified and harmonized platform that provides a single, accessible and efficient channel to access the institute's services. The application facilitates the location of properties, allows you to carry out offline procedures, executes assigned tasks from the web application, manages the agenda of tasks to be carried out and offers online help. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies, UnICA optimizes processes and significantly improves the interaction experience for the institute's internal users.
