Vigil Service connects service-provider teams to the work their customers need completed.

Plan the day
See assigned work, priority, site context, and the next action for each job. Provider admins can coordinate queues and technician assignments.

Work on site
Open the job, check in, review asset and issue context, capture photos and notes, and keep the customer informed as work progresses.

Prove completion
Guide technicians through required evidence and checkout details so reviewers receive a clear, consistent record of the visit.

Follow approval and billing
Track review status, respond to follow-up, and submit invoice information when work is approved.

Vigil Service is publicly listed and requires an invitation from a participating service-provider organization. Location is used only during an active job to verify on-site time and is not tracked in the background.
