The Domium application is a free mobile application that allows owners of apartments, non-residential premises, storerooms and parking spaces to manage their property as simply and conveniently as possible directly from the screen of a mobile phone or tablet.

The mobile application is available only to those property owners whose houses are serviced by the Domium Group of Management Companies and who have an account in the KVADO.RU Internet service.

The main features of the application:
• Submission of meter readings;
• Control of consumption of communal resources;
• View receipts for housing, utilities and other services;
• Service of online payment of receipts;
• Order and online payment of additional paid services;
• Viewing the history of previously made payments;
• Submission of applications to the emergency dispatch service, tracking the status of their implementation;
• Online communication with the management company (ordering certificates, sending applications, complaints and suggestions, resolving various issues);
• Participation in surveys and viewing the results of their conduct;
• Viewing news;
• Receiving notifications about various events (on receipt of a new receipt, change in the status of an application, appointment of a specialist for an application, etc.);
• Reminder of the need to submit meter readings and the due date for payment of receipts;
• And much more.
