To take full advantage of all the features of the AFMA mobile application, all you need to do is create an account with your CIN number and choose your password. By authenticating yourself, you access your Insurance Area which gives you access to several services:
#Health insurance :
• Consult the reimbursements of your health records.
• Consult the list of your beneficiaries.
#My Complaints:
• Fill in a new complaint.
• Monitor the processing of your complaints.
#Need help ?
• Contact the support service on our H24 Hotline.
• Find the addresses and numbers of AFMA agencies throughout Morocco.
# But also :
• Update your contact details (address, phone, e-mail), in the "Profile" tab.
• Find our articles and insurance advice videos.
