Before the Visit - SOYOGI APP
■Add one thing you want to say now
Add it in a few words at the top of Home. Details are optional. On the cover, you can write one line about who this note is for.
■One sheet, in order of importance
Put the items in order of importance with ▲▼, and show the top 3 (or 4 or 5) on a large-text screen. After the visit, mark each one "Said" or "Not said". What you could not say stays for next time, and what you said moves to the "Things I said" list.
■Sheet for a first visit
Write in four fields, "Situations I struggle with", "Since when", "Changes in body and mood" and "What I would like", then show it as it is. You do not have to fill in everything.
■Timeline
Visits, condition names you were told, medicines started, changed or stopped, and life events, in one list sorted by date. Medicine entries have two fields: "How I felt (self)" and "How it looked (family)". You choose which types to show the other person. By default only the minimum (visits and condition names) is shown.
■Notes per office
For each hospital, support desk, school and so on, keep the contact person, the next appointment, what they said, what you agreed, and the date to check next.
■Medicine list
A place to list the names of the medicines you are currently prescribed, with a memo. The line "Do not stop or change the amount of a medicine on your own" is always shown. Times taken and when the next dose can be taken are not recorded. Choose a file (JSON) exported from MOSHIMO Card - SOYOGI to use its medicine field as the starting list. Nothing is written back to MOSHIMO Card.
■Close quickly
"× Close" at the top right opens another page (a search engine) right away.
■Public support systems
For explanations of public support systems, a link goes to SOYOGI's "Japan Support Guide" (external site).
■Text size, colors and languages
Choose from 3 text sizes, 4 color themes and 12 display languages. Music is off at first.
