Computer Launcher provides a desktop-style device environment with an integrated “This PC” file-management system. File management is a central user-facing function of the application.

Users can browse folders across shared storage, view files by category, search for files, create folders, copy, move, rename, delete and share files. Users can also manage images, videos, audio, documents, downloads and other supported file types from the This PC interface.

All files access is required because the app must continuously display and manage files located across different shared-storage directories. The system photo picker only supports selecting specific photos or videos and cannot provide complete folder navigation or file-management operations.

The app accesses files only when providing user-requested file-management functions. File contents are not uploaded, sold or used for advertising purposes.
