To improve accountability and trust, the app allows drivers to capture photo proof of delivery directly during the delivery process. Photos are securely attached to the delivery record, helping businesses verify successful completion and resolve disputes quickly.

To account for slow connections, the app can start a foreground service to upload the photo in the background, while you deliver other parcels seamlessly.
